The claim: At the cutting edge of innovation, BIODERMA has pioneered micellar solutions. Specially formulated for sensitive, normal to dry skins, the Sensibio H2O micelle solution gently cleanses face and eyes. It removes water-resistant make-up. The micelles contained in its formula effectively micro-emulsify impurities while maintaining the skin’s balance (soap-free, physiological pH). Soothing and decongesting active ingredients prevent the feelings of irritation often caused by cleansing. Sensibio H2O guarantees excellent cutaneous and ocular tolerance (tested under ophthalmological supervision).

There’s not a popular makeup remover that I haven’t put to the test. I’ve tried expensive and inexpensive makeup removers and from most regions I can think of. I still have a few more to try but Bioderma has truly lived up to the the hype and I finally understand why it has such a cult-like following. Usually I lose interest in products with cult followings. No reason why. I’m just a weirdo and love a good product hunt. Bioderma is the best makeup remover hand down! It feels like water yet it removes makeup (even waterproof makeup) like an eraser. There’s no irritation or remaining residue, absolutely no silky feeling. It’s perfect for cleaning up makeup mistakes because you don’t have to worry about the heavy feeling of silicones. Whenever you have to reapply makeup it never applies the same over other makeup removers. For the most part I use this when I’m wearing heavy eye makeup such as waterproof mascara and eyeliner, remove leftover lash glue, and layers of longwear primer and paints. It’s so precious that I don’t want to abuse it lol.
